Reference rate
A named public benchmark at a stated timestamp, so you can judge whether the execution was reasonable. Nobody trades at it. If we cannot verify one against a published source at that moment, the record says so rather than estimating.
The last leg, and the one your accountant cares about. Converted through a licensed partner at a rate you can check, paid into your corporate account in the currency you actually bank in, and recorded with the time it took rather than the time we hoped for.
Most providers show you one number with the margin already inside it. Three separate numbers is the only honest way to describe what happened.

What the partner will actually transact at, at this size, right now. The number that decides what lands.
Executable rate plus our stated fee, both on the record separately, so you can always see which part is the market and which part is us.
Quotes are indicative, not locked. Locking a rate means somebody carries FX risk between quote and execution, and carrying it needs pre-funded balances we do not have. We would rather say that here than break the promise during someone’s payroll week.
Illustrative example, not a quote. Shown here in one settlement currency; the same record is produced in whichever one the business banks in. Total cost of getting paid ₦659,486 including ₦29,624 of transport — 1.02%.
Nomapay never controls customer funds, on-chain or in fiat. Conversion and payout happen under a licensed partner’s own registration; we decide, instruct and keep the account of what happened.
A partner timeout is unknown, not failed. Hold, reconcile against their record, never resubmit. Escalate to a person at fifteen minutes.
Recorded from detection to bank credit, per partner and per size. We publish what we measured, never what we advertised. We do not use the word instant.
Not a spreadsheet that gets promoted later. Every movement has two sides from day one, because retrofitting a ledger onto live money is how records go wrong.
One payment is enough. We will show what we would have converted it at, what the record would have said, and what it would have cost.
