You will be the person who introduces Nomapay to the people it is built for: freelancers paid from abroad, families who send money home, and small shops. You will invite them one by one, look after them in our community, and bring back what they tell us.
Tell us about a community or customer base you grew from close to zero: what you did first, and what worked.
You will be our face in Lagos shops. You will find merchants, set them up, train their staff, and visit every week, so each shop keeps using Nomapay after the first day.
Tell us about a business customer you signed up and kept: how you won them, and how you kept them.
You will work on the screens that matter most and test them with real people. The goal is an app that anyone can use on any phone, the first time, without help.
Share one screen you made simpler: before, after, and how you knew it worked.
Many of our users have low-cost phones, so every release is tested on them first. You will run our device test plan and report what breaks, clearly enough that it gets fixed fast.
Tell us about a problem you noticed that other people missed. It doesn’t have to be in an app.
Simple and respectful of your time.
Your CV or LinkedIn, and a short answer to the question for your role.
About 30 minutes, to get to know each other and answer your questions.
Something small and close to the real work, so you can show how you think.
Talk to the people you would work with.
Clear terms in writing.
If you could help us, write to us anyway and tell us how.
We welcome applications from everyone, whatever your background.
