Step 1: Copy your address
In the app: Get paid → Receive from an exchange or crypto wallet. Pick the network, and copy the address shown for it. This is the only place addresses appear.

Step 2: Withdraw on the same network
On the exchange, withdraw USDC or USDT, choose the same network you picked in Nomapay, and paste the address.

Step 3: It arrives as dollars
Money on another network is moved into your balance automatically, usually within a few minutes. You get a notification.

Check these before you send.
A withdrawal can't be called back once it leaves the exchange.
- Only send USDC or USDT. Anything else may not reach your balance. Sent something else?
- Use the same network on both sides. If money arrives on a network that isn't listed, it may not reach your balance.
- Small amounts wait. Below the automatic minimum ($0.50 on most networks, $20.00 on Ethereum) money waits on that network, and the app offers Move now for a small fee. Move now
- Not at launch: Bitcoin, Base USDT, Avalanche USDT, Linea USDT, World Chain USDT, Sonic USDT, Mantle USDC, Berachain USDC and Solana USDT. Don't send these yet.
- Nobody from Nomapay will ask for your codes or offer to "recover" money for you.
Sending to an exchange?
Pay → Send to an exchange or crypto wallet, then paste or scan their address. The app works out the network from the address, and asks if it can't tell. It picks the route for you, and the review shows what arrives, the least that will arrive, each fee and the time. Approve once with your face.
If a swap fails, the refund goes to your own account, never to Nomapay.
