What if my bill payment fails?
You are refunded automatically. If the provider’s answer is unclear, we keep checking for up to 24 hours and never refund blindly, so you are not charged twice.
Where do I find my electricity token?
On the receipt, shown large so you can copy it. It is also in your activity.
