Fee questions.
Why is sending free?
Sending, receiving and holding dollars are free on purpose. Nomapay charges where money is converted: when you cash out, pay a bill, or move money to certain other networks.
Do you add anything to network costs?
No. Network costs are never marked up, and on everyday payments we pay the network fee for you.
Can fees be different where I live?
Fees may vary by country. Whatever applies to you is shown on its own line in the app before you confirm.
Good to know. Nomapay is a financial technology company, not a bank. Digital dollars (USDC, USDT) are issued by Circle and Tether. Cash-outs, bill payments and dollar purchases are processed by our licensed payment partners. Availability varies by country.
