Exchanges and networks

I sent something unsupported

What happens if you send an unsupported token, or use the wrong network, to your Nomapay address, and what to do next.

1 min read

Nomapay supports USDC and USDT, on the networks listed in the app. If something else arrives, or it arrives on a network that isn't listed, it may not reach your balance.

What to do

  1. Don't send any more to that address on that network.
  2. Note the details from the exchange or wallet you sent from: the network, the token, the amount, the time, and the transaction ID if it shows one.
  3. Contact us with those details. We will tell you honestly what can and can't be done.

Avoid scams

People who see a public question about a lost deposit sometimes offer to "recover" it for a fee. Never share your codes or PIN with anyone, and never pay anyone to recover money. Nomapay will never ask for either. See scams.

Next time

  • Check the network matches on both sides before you send.
  • Send a small test amount first.
  • Not at launch: Bitcoin, and USDT on Solana.

Still stuck? Contact us and a person will reply. We will never ask for your code or PIN.
