Electricity tokens

When you buy prepaid electricity, your token appears large and copyable on the receipt.

Using it

1. Tap the token to copy it, or read it from the screen.
2. Type it into your prepaid meter's keypad.

Finding it again

Open your activity and tap that electricity payment. The token is on its receipt, any time.

No token?

• If the payment shows as Paid, open it: the token is on the receipt.
• If the provider failed, you are refunded automatically, and the activity item shows Refunded.
• If it is still being checked, the item says so, and when to expect an answer. We keep checking for up to 24 hours.

Still no token? Contact us with the meter number and the time you paid.
