Bills, and automatic refunds

Pay everyday bills straight from your dollar balance. Each bill is priced in local money, with the rate and Nomapay's fee shown on their own lines before you confirm.

Airtime and data

1. Choose your own number or someone else's. The network is detected for you.
2. Pick an amount, or a data plan.
3. Review, then approve with your face or fingerprint.
4. Delivered in seconds.

Electricity

1. Choose the electricity company, prepaid or postpaid, and enter the meter number.
2. We check the meter and show the name and address on it. Confirm it is right.
3. Enter the amount, review, and approve.
4. For prepaid, your electricity token appears on the receipt.

TV

1. Choose the provider and enter the smartcard number. We check it and show the name and current plan.
2. Choose a bouquet, review, and approve.

If a bill fails

• We only buy after your payment confirms. There is never credit, and never guessing.
• If the provider fails, you are refunded automatically. No dispute needed. The activity item shows it as Refunded.
• If the provider's answer is unclear, we keep checking for up to 24 hours before deciding, and never refund blindly.
