What to check when a payment, cash-out or deposit hasn't arrived yet, from its status in your activity to how long each kind usually takes.

Start with your activity. Every item says what is happening, why, and when it should finish. See what each status means.

How long things usually take

What	Usually
From someone on Nomapay	Seconds
Cash-out to a bank or mobile money	Within minutes
From another network	A few minutes
Airtime and data	Seconds

Check the sender used your exact number, with the right country code.
From an exchange? Check they used the right network and address. Small amounts may be Waiting below the minimum: see Move now.

Queued? Large transfers wait a safety period. The item shows when it will go.
They're not on Nomapay? The money waits for them. If it isn't claimed in 7 days, you can take it back.

The item shows each step: Sending → Paying your bank → Paid, and the expected time.
If the payout fails, the dollars and the fee come back to you automatically.
