Unclaimed money: take it back, or it comes back by itself

A payment to someone who isn't on Nomapay waits for them to collect it. If they don't, the money always finds its way back to you.

The timeline

• Days 1 and 3: they get a reminder text, with no link.
• Day 3: you get Not collected yet, so you can call them.
• From day 7: you can take it back yourself.
• Day 37: if it's still there, it comes back to you automatically.

How to take it back

1. Open your activity and find the payment. From day 7 it shows as refundable.
2. Tap it, then tap to send it back.
3. Approve with your face or fingerprint. The money returns to your balance.

Good to know

• No support ticket needed. Nobody has to approve it.
• Nobody else can take it. Money waiting for a phone number can only go to the person who proves that number is theirs, or back to you.
• Before you take it back, the money keeps waiting for them. If they collect it, it's theirs.
