What each status means
Every payment in Nomapay tells you what is happening, why, and when it should finish. Here is what each status means.
In Nomapay, nothing just says "processing". Every activity item shows:
- what is happening, for example "Paying your bank";
- why, for example "Waiting for the bank to confirm";
- when it should finish, for example "Expected by 3:40 pm".
The statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Sent | Accepted, and on its way |
| Confirmed / Received / Paid | Done |
| Queued | A large transfer waiting its safety period. You can cancel it |
| Waiting | A small amount on another network, below the minimum. You can tap Move now |
| Refunded | Something failed and the money came back. It shows where it went |
| Coming soon | Not yet available in your country |
Notifications
You get a notification (a text on a basic phone) for:
- money received;
- a payment sent or confirmed;
- a cash-out paid;
- a bill delivered or refunded;
- anything queued or cancelled;
- a new sign-in;
- each recovery step.
