Who processes cash-outs, bills and buying dollars
Nomapay is a financial technology company, not a bank. Cash-outs, bill payments and dollar purchases are processed by our licensed payment partners.
Nomapay is a financial technology company, not a bank. Your money stays in your own account, and only you can move it.
Who does what
- Your dollars are digital dollars (USDC and USDT), issued by third parties. The app shows them as one dollar balance.
- Cash-outs, bill payments and buying dollars are processed by our licensed payment partners. They convert between dollars and local money and pay out.
- Nomapay provides the technology. Nomapay never holds or converts your money.
What that means for you
- When you cash out, your payment goes straight to the partner for that cash-out, and Nomapay's fee goes to Nomapay as its own line. Before you approve, the app checks that the amounts match what is on your screen.
- If a payout fails, the dollars and the fee come back to your account.
- What is available depends on your country. See the countries page.
