Buy dollars

You can add dollars to your account by paying in your local money, where available. The dollars arrive in your own account.

Step by step

1. Tap Buy dollars and enter an amount in your local money (₦, KSh or GH₵).
2. Check the quote: the rate (with where it came from and when), the fee, and the dollars you will get.
3. Pay the local details shown: a bank account or a mobile-money number, with the reference shown. The reference is how your payment is matched to you.
4. Watch it move: Awaiting payment → Payment received → Dollars sent → In your account.

There is nothing to approve with your face at the end. The dollars simply arrive.

• Always use the reference. Without it, your payment can't be matched quickly.
• Pay the exact amount shown in the quote.
