You can cash out your dollars to a bank account or mobile money, where available. You see exactly what you get, the rate and the fee before you confirm. It is usually paid within minutes.

Where you can cash out

• Nigeria: to a bank account.
• Kenya: to a bank account or mobile money.
• Ghana: to a bank account or mobile money.

Step by step

1. Tap Cash out and choose an account, or add one. It must be in your own verified name.
2. Enter the amount, in dollars or in local money.
3. Check the quote: what you get and where it goes, the rate (with where it came from and when), the fee on its own line, and when it should arrive. The rate is held for a short time.
4. Approve with your face or fingerprint.
5. Watch it move: Sending → Paying your bank → Paid. Each step says what is happening and when it should finish.

Before you start

If a payout fails

The dollars, and the fee, come back to your account automatically. The activity item shows it as Refunded, with where the money went.
