Cancel a queued transfer

A large transfer waits a safety period before it goes. Until then, you can cancel it, and the money stays in your account.

In the app

1. Open your activity. The transfer shows as Queued, with the time it will go.
2. Tap it, then tap Cancel.
3. Confirm. The money stays in your balance.

On a basic phone

The text message you got when the transfer was queued tells you how to cancel: reply with the word and code shown.

Who else can cancel

Your guardians, and Nomapay's cancel-only safety key, can also stop a queued transfer. That key can only cancel; it can never move your money.

Too late?

Once a transfer has gone, it can't be cancelled. Payments to someone not on Nomapay can be taken back after 7 days if unclaimed.
